Shipping Policy

We have elected to use USPS as our shipper and most orders, if in stock will leave within 7-10 business days and after processing payment to ensure you receive them within 7-11 business days.

 

Once orders have been shipped customers will receive an email with tracking number included. We only ship to the address provided on each order form.

 

Once a package is identified as delivered it usually means it was delivered to the correct location you provided upon checkout. If the package says “ delivered “ but you haven't received it , please file a claim with USPS.If you package  has been deemed missing or lost but says “ delivered “ we also encourage you to file a claim with USPS.

 

If a package is returned it will NOT be shipped out until the we contact you  for re shipping fee , It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping charges, and it will ship  the next delivery day.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Since all products are handcrafted and deemed personal care items we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, we offer monetary refunds on a conditional basis and only if the product misbehaves due to a lack of oversight on our part-or damage of the product during creation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is received and investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Shipping fees are not included in refunds.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us though  “ Contact “ on our website.

Lost Or Stolen Packages  

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.

Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.

If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us though  “ Contact “ on our website.

If you are unhappy with your product, please reach out! We’ll do our best to accommodate!

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, once an order is placed there is no way to cancel or no reimbursements issued.
